Their trees are absolutely beautiful and extremely lifelike, BUT the GE Constant-On Lights they use are terrible! The irreplaceable "fuse bulb" on the strand burns out, and also burns out all the other lights with it, rendering the entire 100-watt strand useless. These strands are extremely difficult and time-consuming to replace, as they are held on by tiny plastic rings. Then, you have to re-string with only ones gotten from Santa's Best. Lowe's replaced my first tree when this happened after only one year. The replacement tree blew its treetop lights in one month, and two others before the end of the second holiday season. Santa's Best makes you jump through hoops to get replacement lights (I've tried for almost a year), then offers no assistance in the work involved. I have posted a photo on this website. NOTE: This is a one-year-old tree.
