I have always had all of my racing bikes worked on at Brandon Bikeworks because I can trust them. If I need something, they tell me rather than trying to upsell me on a lot of stuff that I really do not need. I bought a bike computer and the owner personally took the time to set my computer on my bike, he also set it to my Garmin watch and then I asked if he could set it up with Strava and he did. He did not have to do that but he did it and he did it with a smile on his face. I just did a Duathlon yesterday in Naples and I took my bike in the day before the race and they squeezed me in to have 2 new tires and tubes put on, along with a new chain and rear gears. They go the extra mile because they care and if you need something done, tell them and tell them why and they will get it done that day as long as you can give them a little time. Go get lunch or go shopping at the nearby Target. TRUST is hard when it comes to a bike business & my bike was perfect for that Duathlon the next day and I took 2nd place in my age category thanks to having a great bike that performed beautifully. Jose, a first class individual. Took my bicycle tire into his shop with a blown tube this past Sunday. Service very timely! Thanked me for my service and I was on my way within 30 Minutes! Good people like Jose are to find in these trying times! Thank you sir!

Awesome bike shop. My wife took my bike here for service while I was out of town. Jake called me right away and offered me options to save on the services I had requested instead of trying to up sell me. Can't say enough about the integrity and excellent service Brandon Bikeworks provides! Bike is running great a year later.

Great pricing but most importantly to me, excellent service. Jose will make you feel comfortable and treat you right. I will always recommend this shop to others.

Manager Jose took the time to explain all of the features of my new StreetRider, demonstrated how to use it, and helped me take my first spin. He also showed me how to assemble my bike after transporting it to my home. He has a great personality and took excellent care of me. I would refer my friends to Bike Works and Jose.
