This has to be one of the nicest salons I've been in. As a man I don't seek them out. But I won't be going anywhere else from here forward. Brigett Rogers is the most professional stylist I have met. All the ladies are great and accommodating. Definitely recommend them for any service you need

I had high hopes for B &B Salon. I sought out Brigett Rogers (owner) after researching her work and from what I saw, it looked like she had good skills especially at balayage. Apparently I was wrong, I paid $275 for damaged gray/green hair. From the first appointment you can see it was very uneven, and didn't look professional at all. Granted I have some hair damage (who doesn't??) but with little to no consultation Brigett didn't ask when the last time I colored my hair was (which awhile for me was 3 months). She proceeded as routine and you can tell why I was unhappy. I paid $175 for splotchy uneven, unprofessional hair. I texted her back about a week later letting her know I was unhappy. I assumed she would cover up some of the roots that were yellow and blend it all. I'm not a hair professional so I let her do her thing. That's when I ended up with gray green hair and get this, she CHARGED ME $100 to make it worse. Then when I asked about repairing my ends, she wanted to charge me more for the masks! Was she just messing up my hair to get more money??? I wanted a reasonable solution, a partial refund of $100 dollars so I could get it cut and toned/colored elsewhere because we were obviously not seeing eye to eye. Now she wont return my texts and defends her work. I would not go to her unless you have perfect virgin hair, because after 15 years of experience she doesn't have the skills to work with any color on your hair. I am very disappointed with this outcome.
