I love Berretts even though I have moved from the area they are who I use for all my florist needs. The staff is incredible and I can always count on getting my values worth and the flower arrangements are beautiful

Very courteous and prompt. Ordered flowers at 1:30 and they were delivered at 3:00 same day.

The staff was extremely nice and they were able to deliver the flowers the same day. The flowers that were sent were beautiful and the person who they were sent to was very pleased and stated that it was a large arrangement with many flowers.###Also, the price was very good especially given the gas prices of today, and I feel they beat out the bigger flowers shops with special attention given to making sure this arrangement did what it was intended to do and that was cheer up someone who was ill!######I would use them again!

I use to get all my floral needs taken care of here. We even used you once for a wedding. Your quality has gone downhill and so has your service and prices for what you receive.

Ordered by phone with a credit card and asked to stay at $30 or less for a bouquet of flowers. The next day when the charge arrived it was for nearly $45. The flowers were beautiful and delivery was prompt but I would have liked at least an explaination as to the higher charge.
