My family and me go out to eat at least three times a week. I am a server so i know how we should be treated and waited on, we expect to get excellent service. This Chilis just opened up and it is close to our house we thought to give it a try and thats what we did. This was not the place for us the wait was an hour and 15 mins and when we did sit it took our server eight minutes to come and ask us what we wanted to drink another seven to bring the drinks and then maybe ten minutes later to order. The servers only have about three to four tables and they don't spend the right amount of time on a table as they should, she only came to our table once after the meal was served to give the check, we didn't get offered any refills we have three kids so we needed extra napkins and more to drink. Like I said this was not the place for us and we don't see any other plans in the future to return to this location. We think we will just stick to our family owned restaurants like Al's or Yia Yia's.
