Went in to purchase an A5 coupe. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Steven. He is a very professional and understanding representative, who I believe will go far with Audi. He took the time to listen to our concerns, involved his sales manager when needed, and had a great sense of humor. When my vehicle was delivered, Josh took the time to explain all the features in great detail. Thank you Walter’s Audi for the amazing team at the Riverside location!

Car buying was easy. Facility spotless. Showroom displays, and inventory was plentyful with selections. I purchased an Q3 and am very pleased with the experience of sales, and finance.

Service Advisor Alex Ortiz has continued to provide the level of service you expect from a luxury car brand. Red carpet service actually. We brought our Q7 in for a strange noise and unbeknownst had run over something in the road. The technician took a video of the damage and Alex sent it to me for review. I contacted our insurance carrier and Alex took care of it from there.

We have and will continue to be a patron of this dealership

Took my NEW AUDI A8L in for Eckbond Sealant application and install front and rear mud flaps. Offered a loaner car which was very kind since I live 20 miles away from the dealership. My Service Advisor was Michael Longridge - communicated well by Text messaging and kept me updated on the progress and when the car was ready for pick up. Car was ready on time and people there are very professional and friendly. Pleasure doing business with Walter’s Audi! 👍😄

Being from out of town we didn't buy our Audi at Walter's. Nonetheless they quickly scheduled our car for an Audi service update on our TDI emissions system. It was easy to schedule and service advisor Mike Longridge met us at our car. He was friendly and informative. He listened to us and explained everything carefully. We were given a 2019 SQ5 as a loaner. The next day we picked up a sparkling clean 2014 A6 TDI that was running like the proverbial Swiss Watch. The best our TDI has run in a very long time. The tech did a great job and he also notified us of several other items needing attention. This was the best dealership experience we have had in along time, or the best ever. If we lived in the area we'd be customers at Walters. We have to add that we really like our Audi. Great car.

Alex Ortiz, Service Advisor at Walter's Audi in Riverside, CA, is hands-down the best service guy around. I had been taking my car to another Audi service location and decided to try a different dealership after a botched service visit. The difference was indescribable. Alex now only knows the in's and out's of Audi vehicles, he provides personalized service. I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit when Alex knew who I was the moment I walked into the service department My license plate was the giveaway -- he looked me up so he could greet me personally. From there, things just got better and better. He knew all about my extended service contract and gave me excellent counsel to ensure I received every bit of the service due to me. When the car was ready for pick-up, we talked about the next scheduled service and the long-term needs of the car.

Walter's Audi service department -- and Alex Ortiz as an ace service advisor -- can't be beat.

I recently went into Walters Audi and purchased a new car. This is the first time I've had to purchase a vehicle without my husband. He's currently deployed and found this great 2015 Q5 online for a price we just could not pass up. There was never a point during the entire experience where I felt I was being taken advantage of or intimidated. I was treated with respect from the second I walked in, to the second I rolled out. Josh Vigil was a wonderful sales rep. The whole process felt very relaxed. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered every question I threw his way. The dealership is very military friendly. I had employees not even dealing with my account approach me to to show appreciation for both my own and my husband's military service. Robert in finance was very personable and knowledgeable about warranty and helped find an option that best fit my mileage needs. I don't think I've ever had such a quick and easy experience. I'm beyond thrilled with my purchase and my experience with my team at Walter's Audi!

To be honest, this review is more specifically about one particular sales associate by the name of Mike Sliker with whom I corresponded following a call to Walter's Audi. Initially, my inquiry was about an Audi A3 that I saw advertised on Walter's website hoping that it would be suitable for my niece and her toddler son. Not only did Mike follow up with the original MSRP window sticker, answer all of my questions, but also sent a very professional looking and informative video too. Keeping in mind what I was looking for, Mike took the initiative to forward another video and sticker for a second car. Unfortunately, neither car was perfect but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike Sliker as your next sales associate.

I found Mike to be refreshingly articulate, extremely knowledgeable, and the absolute antithesis of everything most consumers dread about car salesmen!!!
