If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible in terms of accountability in responding to phone calls or emails. Have been attempting to move my brother out of this facility since it changed hands from being "Miller's Progressive Care". Even though they agreed to the move they have made excuses (probably lied) for over 4 months now to get simple paperwork filled out by the Doctor. Now they are out of excuses because I spoke to the Doctor's office and caught them in their lies…yet they still have not gotten the paperwork completed. Additionally, they took my brother off of his medication without weening him off slowly. He had a seizure and ended up in the hospital (they dropped him off and no one stayed with him)…for God's sake he is mentally ill. Not to mention no one had an explanation for what happened (he has never had a seizure). Then when I visited him a week later he was totally out of it (new medication he was on wasn't working). Didn't anybody there notice the difference? No. Only his family and I told them get him back on his old medication NOW. They did and he was a 1,000 times better!!! This place is not to be trusted or counted on. I can't wait to get my brother moved…otherwise it's time for a lawyer.
