This place is awful. The woman in charge yells at her students and conducts herself in an inappropriate manner as a teacher. She hired me as a theater tech, which I applied to on Craigslist. There was pay promised, I even signed a w-9 to get hired on, she said I was hired and I worked one show and came in one other night. The whole company is rude and have horrible communication skills. I was scheduled to come in and work and extra day and her assistant was to come pick me up on her way there. She left me waiting all day and night without a word though I tried to contact both her and Jubel. Unprofessional. After I worked the show, I stayed after and helped clean up. By the time the next show rolled around exactly one week later I was told the day of the production that I was not needed. I said that was fine though I would like my entitled pay for my work before. They both agreed to send me my check and it never came and they stopped answering my calls and texts. This company has poor business ethics and is a scam. Do not work for this company if you wish to get a paycheck that you deserve (Mine was at least $150 for the one day) and do not send your children or go here yourself unless you want poor direction and to get yelled at for simply adjusting a shirt. Your confidence will be torn down and you will accomplish nothing in your acting career but a little experience that was not worth it. I felt very bad for the students. Boycott this place and do not waste your hard earned money and time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
