Total scam! I'm getting harassing phone calls from this company.

Amazing customer service, Ive been buying here since 2005 and have never been let down. They always take care of me on my orders and deliver exceptional products.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!! Buyer beware !!!!
Nothing but attitude and lack of knowledge every single time, I would recommend Lowes or Home Depot to get your tools because you will get better service and probably better product. Don’t fall for free sample they will send you, they will not send a return label so you will have to foot the bill for returning whatever product you get They got me for $30 for shipping products back, and all they sent me was to drill bit kit’s that were nothing beyond what you could get at Harbor freight, except you would get better service from the worst Harbor freight employee.

salesman call one day offered me a free sample of different types of tools and we talked at length he told me if I did not like what I received that he would send me a return label at the end of the conversation he said oh by the way I have a great impact that I will throw in the box and a catalog also my business cards all I asked is when someone sees you tell where they came form and give them one of my cards and help to sell some of my tools I said I would be glad to do that and as we hung up the phone he said one set of sockets is 389.00 and hung up. there was no business cards, no catalog, and no invoice I have the tools have offered to send them back they refused to take them and will not send me a return label. these people are not good to do business with and it seems to me as though they just gave them to me what does everyone else think about this. what else can I do Ted

My Husband agreed to try a set of drill bits from this company...was assured if he didn't like them he could send them back.no charge...and keep a couple of free gifts ,just for trying. they turned out to be very poor quality, went to return them,have to pay to ship them back,and have to return the "free"gifts as well! Do not do business with this sneaky company!!!

I was told I would be billed for my drill bits.
The company didn't try and contact me until they turned it over to collections. We run a small business, I don't pay the bills so I had no idea we never received an invoice. I paid the extra to never do business with them again.

I have been buying from these guys for about 7 years now. I'm not going to say its always been perfect, but these guys have almost every brand of tool you can think of and as long as you know what you need to order that's what you'll get. I like the Milwaukee tools myself. They'll send extras of their own brand stuff with the order too to try out its all included in the "package". Even though I have been a customer so long, the girls in service always call me to make sure my order is right before they send it to me too. If I return anything because I don't want it or don't need it then I pay the return but if there is something wrong with my tool they send a replacement and label. Bottom line, every experience is different, but I like them

These people are a joke! They are crooks in my book! Their sales man had my father-in-law "store" someone else's tools while that man was out of the country...over a month later my father-in-law gets billed 16,000 for these tools he is "storing". Now tell me that's not crooked! Then when i call to get is straightened out the guy tries to give me a sob story on how expensive it is to restock it and tries to get us to purchase it! Well sorry buddy that's your fault not mine! We will NEVER purchase from theses people EVER again!

This place called my house again tonight. This time the guy claimed to be "Jack Riley". Quote from my husband, "I hope you don't want to drill much more than a piece of wood with these drill bits." Save yourself a lot of time and headache and don't bother buying anything from this company. My new goal is to post on here each time they call, so maybe they will quit calling!

They call my grandfather multiple times a day even though we asked to be remived from the calling list he is on medication for cancer and is not all there and he got tricked into buying an impact gun which he was told he can try it out before he buys he was not happy with it the quality was worse than harbor freight and he wanted to return the gun they said it was past 30 days so he could not return in keep in mind it took 2 weeks to get here they offered him a 50 dollar discount but the impact gun was not worth the box it came in they now put a lien on our property because we refuse to pay the bill bottom line please avoid these guys they are scumbags liars and theifs only in california would a totally bogus company be able to exist.

Can 56 complaints with the Better Business Bureau be wrong? Today "John Hardy" from "John Deere" called. When I asked him not to call back, he called back twice after that. If you are lonely, order from these people. They will spend a lot of time chatting on the phone with you!

Exellent customer service, tools are phenomenal. Not high pressure but a low pressure type of conversation

We live all the way in Virginia and yet someone from this crappy business keeps calling my elderly father (who is taking multiple cancer medications and is a bit loopy) and sending him boxes of cheaply-made tools with the bill enclosed. I didn't think too much of it until I noticed that these cheap tools are being sold for more than the high-dollar Snap-On tools! If I want some Chinese drill bits, I'll just go to Walmart, thanks.

Yea it's true someone their yea someone has a mclaren Mp-12c I used to go to Villegas I see it everyday parked there every time I pass by there pretty cool

The owners kid just bought a McLaren with all their fraudulent proceeds.

Their family business won't last long.

I have ordered several times from this company, and if I am ever not happy with my tools they send me a prepaid return label. The customer service you receive is pretty good. I dont have any complaints regarding my salesman or the customer service department. All in all a pretty decent company.

I agree with the previous reviewer. They participate in fraudulent practices, they lie to customers. The owner has been sued several times by customers and former employees.
