I have had some times where I wasn't always on time with rent but they were always fair about it and friendly whenever I called. I appreciate all that and I have always had good experiences with them.

These managers came to the rescue early one morning when our sprinklers has been tampered with the night before. They were on from 11pm until Guardian Preferred Properties got there at 8. They were there within an hour of my call and remedied the situation. Now I know they can be depended and that is very assuring!!

I have never had any difficulty dealing with this management company the way I have with some others. They are always willing to listen and will take care of what ever the issue or request might be. No complaints here.

They have been excellent with our association. They are very organized and seem to be able to handle anything that is thrown their way. We have worked with inexperienced management firms in the past and it is obvious that Guardian exceeds other companies.
