I currently have few rental properties in Riverside County and First Choice have been managing them since 2009, I am surprised of some of the negative reviews because in my opinion, they provide a great service, it is truly a “worry free” service for me as the landlord. They take care of everything for you, and that is priceless.

Perhaps some of the bad reviews come from property owners who would like to have more involvement with a day to day issues of the tenants such as late payments, repairs, etc. In that case, I am sure you can discuss the terms with the office and come up with terms that will make up happy; But if you are one of those landlords that don’t have the time to deal with those problems, then I recommend First Choice property Management.

From the tenants perspective, a tenant can call to the their Maintenance request Hot line for any needed repair or emergency, and the office will send someone right away, I am not aware of many other property management agencies that offer that quick response service.

Over the years I had the opportunity to interact with Dale, Candace, Lisa, Shari and Amanda and they all have been very helpful and professional.

I do recommend First Choice to every landlord that has multiple properties with little or no time to deal with tenant’s issues.

My experience with this company has been very positive. They are always professional!!

I'm going on my second year with oneil,they have lived up to my expectations !! They have responded very well to my needs and are a pleasant management company with a professional approach.

As a customer now for 3 years, the service from O'Neil Property Management has been phenomenal. Marcie and the staff always present themselves in a professional and friendly manner and always do their best when addressing concerns. Definitely 5 stars!

Easy to work with. Very professional

Since we sold our house back in Dec. 2011, my wife and I became renters and customers of O'Neill Property Management. Our experience has been excellent from the start until now. The staff is a knowledgeable and caring group of people that will handle any issue regarding the properties in a very professional manner. Thanks to them we found the right place and happy living in this beautiful house now.

I have been a renter with O'Neill Property Management for about 7 years and am very happy with their service. The staff is always helpful and pleasant and my maintenance requests are promptly addressed. They recently added an online rent payment service which is very convenient! They work hard to ensure my property is safe and well-maintained for the owners and that translates to a nice property for me and my family. If I make a move in the future I will definitely rent with O'Neill.

O'Neill property management is definitely a thumbs up. Everybody is always courteous, and Nice. You don't get that to much anymore from other places. Maintenance staff is always on the job, and quick to fix any issues.

We have used this company for Management for a couple of years now and I must say it has been great. They always answer my questions, take care of maintenance and of course found a very good tenant that renewed their lease for a second term. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is Awesome!!

I have rented for this team for two years now. They are a very special team. We have had no problems with them and hope to rent with then for years.

I have rented a lot of places. by far this is the worst management I have ever dealt with. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and have no clue what they're doing. they do not know how to calculate pro-rations correctly. They constantly lie to you. They have no emergency maintenance. Everything they give you in writing they don't adhere to. Please...you will regret it.

I would like to take the time out to thank everyone at the oniell property management ! I have nothing but great things to say about everyone there especially Ms Marcy.

When I moved in, it was such a stress free process. Marcy handled all my information and made it easy to transition into our new home. All her efforts did not go unnoticed ! Thanks again for all your hard work guys!

I just want to thank Brenda, Marcie and Peggy they were all very nice and helpful. Thank you Brenda for showing me the property in Mira Loma, you were really nice and helpful. Marcie thank you for everything you were very much helpful in every aspect, all the great upgrades, for making it easy in the deposit and just a great attitude. I will definitely give the word out to my family and friends.

I use O'Neill to manage the property that I own - I can't imagine doing it any other way.



My home was rented out within a couple of weeks and everything is just easy and automatic.



When something needs to be fixed they automatically take care of it and deduct the expense from my disbursement check. They do an excellent job of renting out your property to a tenant who will pay rent on time. Gail (my contact there at O’Neill) did a great job of pricing the home and also making recommendations as to what the home needed to be rented out.

The staff is all very nice, helpful and responsive. I am highly impressed with the service. As a land-lord, all I have to do is wait for my O’Neill check to arrive each month.

I rented with Oneil Property Mgmt in the past, and am attempting to rent again. One of the benefits with working with Oneil has been the representative Marcy, who is just as professional and courteous today, as she was some 7 years ago.



However, everyone at Oneil Property Mgmt, did their best to service me as a tenant. This is my reasoning for returning with confidence and a hopeful smile.

I've lived in an apartment renting from Oniell company for about 3 years and I am completely satisfied with the service i've received from them. They are FRIENDLY, COURTEUS AND PROFESSIONAL ALWAYS. They have been very prompt with any maintenanace issue i may have and all the workers are overly supportive. Ed and Marcie are wonderful! the entire staff is to be commended for their dedicated service and I would certainly recommend them anyone who asks.

Worst property management!!



We are new tenants and they have not been helpful at all in communicating with us about the issues that our new place had when we moved in.



Never even a call-back!!



I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this property management company!!

I have worked with O'Neill in the past and had a great experience but recently the service I received surpassed my expectations. Marcie at the Riverside office went above and beyond to help my husband and I. Relocating from out of state is difficult but Marcie made the transition easier. Marcie and the entire staff are friendly and helpful and I look forward to working with them in the future.
