Stan went above and beyond to make me feel like an important customer. Even though he was buried in orders from shirts to graduation sashes he took my single hat order and had it ready before Friday as promised. I even had the privilege of seeing how the machines are set up and run. It is a lot of work to switch the settings for a single A hat. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you again Stan. Your embroider did a wonderful job!

I was very pleased with EmbroidMe Riverside. I had lost track of time & now it was Sept. 4th & I needed my 1 shirt by Friday Sept. 7th. I had called the shop & talked to Linda she assured me that she could help me so I told her I would come in with my shirt. well of course that day was a busy one for me & I noticed that they were going to close soon. I called the shop as I was on the freeway & said I would be there shortly. Well to my surprise they said not to rush & they would stay there until I arrived, what great customer service. I knew what I wanted on my shirt but never had designed one myself. Linda helped me in the design & told me about this new machine they had. I didn't want something that was going to peel, crack, or fade. With this new machine the design/lettering becomes part of the fabric & it won't peel, crack or fade it looked like the way to go & told her about the time constraint I was under. She said that was ok, Brittney was in on Thursday & would get it done and I could pick it up on Friday. well I get a call late Thursday afternoon & it's Brittney letting me know that my shirt is all done. This shirt was for a baby shower on Saturday & it was a big hit. So if you are looking for embroidery work, without a doubt this is your place.
