Took my Blackberry Pearl in to these guys for repair (wouldn't charge battery). While I waited they opened the phone to see if it could be repaired, they told me it could be repaired and would take about 2 hrs. They put all my info in computer and I left. Went back about 3 hours later, they hadn't even started the repair. The guy said to give him another hour and it would be done. Gave him another 1.5 hours. Went back was told it couldn't be repaired, it had a broken wire (according to another repair place there are no wires just circuit board). Told him fine, I would just switch batteries each morning. He said that should work. When I got home to a charged battery, it would no longer even turn on. Called back to them to see what he had done to my phone and they were closed already at 4 pm (were supposed to be open til 5). Called on Monday morning and was told they had nothing showing that I had been in there or that they had even touched my phone, unless I had proof I was just trying to make trouble. The only good thing about it was they didn't charge me anything (which seemed weird).

They would have had more buiness from us but I guess they didn't want it.
