was very happy about how big the apartments are and that cable and water are paid. I had rushed into it and it's not worth the money it's old and nasty.
Management is not informative and stressful to deal with. There is no water pressure, and such hard water. The pet policy is not enforced this chick had a huge dog. Ghetto people always drunk at the pool and I always thought they never lived here I was glad to leave. Went up to Canyon creek for same price updated to the times not stuck back in 1980.

My boyfriend and I went to Bunker Hill Apartments on Friday the 17th of June to inquire about the apartments and their pricing. My boyfriend’s father would also be living with us in these apartments and we expressly stated we needed a downstairs apartment because he cannot walk upstairs due to bad knees. Pat the manager suggested apt #99 one of the few downstairs units still available. We also expressly told her that my boyfriend only had rental history from a dorm in Chicago and she said that would be fine. We went home and talked over all the apartments we had seen and decided to go with Bunker Hill because of their rent specials. I returned on Monday the 20th to get the application and to inspect the unit. Karla the assistant manager showed me the #99 unit and told me that if I got the paperwork in they would hold it while the credit check was going through. I rushed to turn in the paper work and credit check fees the next day (Tuesday the 21st), Pat the Manager on duty that day said I was squared away all except for one paper which I got to her on (Thursday the 23rd). On Thursday she told me everyone’s credit check and rental histories had gone through and they were just waiting on my boyfriends rental history (which was from a dorm in Chicago). It was her job to complete the rental history (as she had made very clear when I got my rental history myself) however for my boyfriend’s history she suggested calling them to facilitate the process. We did and we finally got the information after several days of poking and prodding the staff at his old university. My boyfriend called Pat (on Wednesday the 30th) to ask a number that his old college could use to fax over the information. She told us she had already leased the unit, because “she didn’t know we were coming back” even though we had turned in all our paper work and had passed every credit check and it had been less than a week. I tried talking and reasoning with her and so did my boyfriend but all she did was yell at us, tell us that it was our faults because we “didn’t turn our paperwork in”, and hung up on me after yelling at me. On all the apartment websites people complain about her being discriminatory and I cant help but to think that she didn’t want to rent to us because we are an interracial couple. I don’t suggest renting here unless your white!
