Hired them for a water heater installation. Even though there was unforeseen extra work and they had to go out and buy parts, Andy stuck to his word and did the work for the estimated price which was hundreds of dollars lower than other companies estimates. If you're looking for honest people who do good work at affordable prices hire these guys! The best.

Excellent! Andy answered my call on a Sunday and came out first thing Monday morning as I requested. He quoted a price over the phone and stuck to it after completing the service. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family. Andy also carries a contractor's license which was very important to me.

I was referred to Apex by a friend that said he found them here on yp.com. After reading some of the positive comments I decided to give them a call. Andy came out right away and helped me with my problem. I had a slab leak under my sink cabniet in the kitchen. I thought I was going to have to remove the cabniets. But Andy explained to me that he could do the repair without to much damage and no cabniet removal. All he did was remove the bottom of the cabniet jackhammered some of the floor and fixed the leak. So the only thing I had to do was replace the bottom of my cabniets which was nothing compared to what I thought I was gonna have to do. I even cancelled my insurance claim because the damage was not even close to what would have had to pay for my deductable, saving me from using my insurance and risk cancellation. Thanks Andy your knowledge really showed on this job and thanks for helping me deal with my insurance company.

I actually used Andy a few years ago when he worked for a different company. He cleared out a drain line at one of my rental properties. I was having trouble with one of my drain lines Andy came out cleared it and used a sewer camera to inspect the drain line. To my surprise the reason for the blockage was that a person I had used to repair some stucco had actually dumped his extra down the drain and it hardend. When Andy cleared the line I could see the stucco build up on the sides of the pipe walls. Andy was able to record his findings and gave me a copy of the dvd. I took this dvd to the owner of the stucco repair company and was given a full refund. Before I found Andy again other companies where trying to sell me on a huge drain repair job. Luckily for me I found him again and am glad he opened his own company. I really appreciated the fact that he put in extra time in trying to help me. I used Apex plumbing 6 months ago to unclog my kitchen drain. A few weeks later it clogged up again and I called Apex out again and he cleared it again. Before Andy left he recommened that I get my sewer line inspected by using a camera if this problem happened again. About a month after the second clearing my line was blocked up again so I called Andy back out to inspect my drain line. He used a sewer camera to look inside my drain pipe and located the source of my problem. I was able to see the break on the moniter that was connected to the camera it is a awesome tool every plumber should have. He then used a wand to locate where the break was, unfortunatly it was under my kitchen floor. After he was done he left me with an estimate and said it would not change. A few weeks passed and I called Andy back and true to his word my estimate did not change. I appricated his honesty and had him do the work. Now my kitchen drains great and have not experienced any problems. Andy called me and asked if i could post a review here on yp.com and was glad to do it for him. It's good to know that I no longer need to look for plumber again because Apex Plumbing & leak location specialists has erned my repeat business.

When my husband and I purchased our home we knew it needed alot of work. The first thing we wanted done was to relocate the water heater from inside the house into the garage. We had a few different plumbing companies come out and just weren't satisfied until Andy from Apex Plumbing came out. He understood that we were on a budget and gave us a good price. After we hired Apex to do the work Andy came out and got started right away. After he was done we were totally satisfied with his work we actually had him redo all the drains in our master bathroom so we could rearrange the fixutures in the master bathroom. We also had him repipe the rest of the home and install a toilet and shower valve in the guest bathroom. We understood it was a huge project and he handled it. When the city inspector came out everything passed which was a huge relief. Thanks Andy!!!!!!!!! We will definitly be calling Apex Plumbing and Leak Location Specialists for any future projects and highly recommend him to anyone that needs any plumbing work done.

Very pleased with the service. Very professional and the price was fair. Andy replaced a leaky water hose connection at the front of my house. It works great and was done in a timely fashion. I don't usually take the time to log in and write reviews; however, the service I received from Apex Plumbing warranted my attention. I was in desperate need of a plumber and found Apex plumbing on line. I took a chance and boy am I glad I did. They were honest (hard to find no a days) and prompt (even harder to find). They gave me a quote before the job was started and actually stuck to it. They were professional from start to end. I work in the real estate business and they have earned my repeat business. I would like to thank Apex Plumbing & Leak Location Specialists for their prompt and professional service. From the first phone call till they left my house I was completely satisfied with them. There technician that came to my home was very courteous and informative. I called them out to locate a water leak under my house. After their technician located the leak he informed and explained to me my options for repair and cost. They gave me time to make my decision and didn't add any additional cost when I called them back out to do the repair. They understood that in this tough economy people want to shop around and get the best deal. After researching other companies using the information that Apex gave me I was able to come to a decision to hire Apex to do the work. Their paitence and information is what set them apart in my mind. While performing their work they where clean used plastic barriers to enclose their work area and prevented any dust from getting into the rest of my house. After they where done they made sure everything was clean and back to normal as possible. In this difficult situation Apex Plumbing was very helpful and I recommend them to anyone that has any plumbing issuses or questions. I called Apex Plumbing & Leak Location Specialists and they came to my house pretty quickly. Thier technication was very nice and patient with me. I didn't feel pressured or overwelmed by him. He didn't use any wierd plumbing phrases to try and sell me on any other unncessary repairs and explained everything so i could understand my situation. I felt very comfortable while he was here. After he was done he cleaned up everything and left his work area clean. I appreciate the fact that everything was explained to me and felt he didn't try to take advantage of me for being a woman who has no clue about plumbing.
