Rex networking is one of the few honest and genuine companies still around today. We are an older couple, retired, not the most computer literate either. We just use it for email and internet, but on a daily basis. When our computer died we initially called the geek squad, they were out 3 times, very rude and never fixxed out problem, always seemed like they were in a rush to get out. Finally we had enough and looked through the phone book and found rex.



Patrick was out guy, we told him the story, what was happening, that we called geek squad, he laughed, said "sorry to hear that". Patrick was a straight shooter and told it to us how it was, said they way it was setup it was never going to work, said we needed a new router, he had one, put it in and it worked perfect, he then stuck around to answer some questions for us and show us a few things on the computer to make our lives simpler. He was worth every penny. You live you learn, now we know and will use him for all our computer issues.

Right before my daughter was going to be heading back to college she decided to tell me her laptop was not working and she needed it fixxed. Long story short, we initally when with a smaller company who gave us a dirt cheap price and boy oh boy did they mess it up, even worse than it was before we gave it to them, it wouldn't even turn on when we got it back, I guess you get what you pay for. Now with only 2 days left I didn't know what to do, I was telling a friend at work what happened and she said they just used a place rex networking and they were really good, they told me to ask for patrick, he was the guy i needed to see, he can fix anything. I gave them a call and explained the situation and they were out the same night and had it back the next day good as new, saved her files and everything. To both patrick and rex networking I thank you very much for cleaning up the mess and fixing our computer, you guys are life savers. You have a customer for life here.

Being a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters, one computer just wasn't cutting it for us anymore, we litterally had wars going on over the computer usage. So my husband and I decided it was time to get another one and fix the one we had (it gets infested with viruses every few months), then get them all setup. We ordered a new one and when it came in called the geek squad to set them up and network it all and the came back with some god awful price of like $750, and let me tell you that wasn't going to happen, so my husband said someone at work recommended this company Rex networking, I figured why not, lets give them a try and was expecting the same thing, but they came back at under $300 and were out the next day. Fast, friendtly, professional service, our service tech knew what he was doing and even gave us some additional pointers. I'll use them again anytime we have problems and recommend them to anyone I come across needing computer help. Wish I found them years ago.

First off let me say Patrick you are the best, I love you, I love you, I love you. I think I seriously would have had a breakdown if we didn't find you. The people at rex networking are miracle workers. Our home computer had a meltdown one night right in the middle of when I was working on my thesis for school, my husband tried to fix it and well it was all down hill from there. We called bestbuy, they couldn't do anything for us, they said it was unrecoverable, and on top of that it would be over $400 to fix. Come on, I don't even think the computer is worth that much. So we started calling around the phoen book, most companies did not answer, one never showed up, one told us the same thing as bestbuy. Finally we found rex networking, just happened that they had someone in the area, Patrick :) he was there within the hour, told us no problem he'll take care of everything, that he just needed to run it back to the office to pull our files off and he would have it back up and as good as new the next day. Sure enough he did, brought it back, hooked it up, even explaned what happed to us. I was truely inpressed, I think I really would have lost it if I had to retype that whole paper.



Then as he walked out he smiles and sais rememver "Save early, Save often"
