The owner, Andrea, is a nightmare. She has no idea of what customer service or professionalism is. She was quick to raise her voice and get in my face after her crew made a mistake on our file. Just because of this woman, I will not return. Bad way to promote your business, Andrea. The groomers are very I friendly as well. Never have I been greeted or welcomed. Will not return.

I love Zoey's and Rose. Our little Shih Tzu is three. Rose has been grooming her since she was 9 weeks old. Lucy Lou is a registered Reading Education dog. Every time she goes into schools or library everyone wants to know who grooms her. I tell them ROSE. Rose truly loves the dogs she grooms. So gentle and loving. They are our babies. They come out looking like they are ready for a dog show. Let me tell you about Alex Ashely and Pearl . They are so friendly and efficient. They make coming to Zoey's a joy. I love the American flags as I drive into Zoey's. I truly just love everything about Zoey's.

We boarded our dogs at TLC over Christmas and when we picked them up our Weimeraner had been quite sick, had lost a great deal of weight and we think had been given some other dogs medication or poisoned in some way. Something made him very sick but we were never notified. When we picked up they had to take his bedding out of the washer wet and denied any wrong doing, but a year later he developed a severe heart condition. If you love your pets, don't take them to TLC. They had young irresponsible kids taking care of our animals over the holidays.Suzanne

My poodle, Kelsea, and my grandaughter's cat , chocolate, stayed at Zoey's during the Thanksgiving holiday. They were cared for so well I can't even put my feelings into words. The kennel is spotless, the people wonderful. They exceeded every expectation I had for the care of our animals. Great job!!!!
