I love this place!

It was great. They always greet me with a smile and ask how I am and they are so nice. They are always reassuring and answer all my questions. Today we went over when I would need to have my packages ready to ship for Christmas. The girl helping me even offered to pack everything so it wouldn't get broken. I love this place!

Awesome service and great results!

I have used the UPS store for several print and shipping items over the last few weeks and have been impressed! The staff was courteous and helpful and always efficient. I had my logo optimized and the printing staff was able to turn it around quickly and it works perfectly now! As a Realtor I also create listing packets for my sellers and the UPS store is able to bind my books very quickly! They always impress my sellers!!

Excellent service and outstanding product

I have ordered products recently, specifically 71/2 ft feather flags for advertising. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My order was processed and fulfilled in a quick and efficient manner. I highly recommend Phil and his staff and I know I will using them again in the future.

Excellent Service and Finished Product

The UPS Store has fulfilled many jobs for me in the past several months. The attention paid to detail is the best! They made sure they understood what I wanted and then delivered in a timely manner. I recommend the Rio Rancho UPS Store for design and printing of many items including brochures, business cards, flyers, door hangers, postcards and more. If you're looking for a company that really cares about their customers, this is it!

I started using this UPS store in the beginning of 2013... I own 2 real estate companies and I use a lot of printing, shipping, and signs. The team at this store always does a great job! Whether it's over night shipping a contract with Moriah, or printing new signs with Phil, they always treat me right! This is a business I would recommend to friends and family.

Great Service

I was pleased with courtesy and professiolism of the attendant....also, they were working very hardbecause they were very busy. I was pleased to see that the workers were attentive to the customersand moved them along quickly. Although, there were several people ahead of me, I didn't have to wait morethan 5 minutes. Very good service!

Looking for a way to ship a pk...

Looking for a way to ship a pkg, I first found a pak ship n mail place. The agent was extremely unwilling to help with my shipping needs, she said because you are the first customer of the day and I have many things to do to prepare for the day. I said thank you and found the UPS store. Walked in, was greeted and was taken care of quickly, accurately and if I spent more than 10 minutes there I'd be surprised. The agent was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. You bet I will not only be back but will encourage others to do the same.

I'm sorry to hear that some of you have had a negative experience at our store, but I appreciate the feedback. Our UPS Store has been under new management since the beginning of the year and we are committed to providing world class customer service. I have used this UPS store man...

I have used this UPS store many times in the past couple of years and I have always been impressed with their high level of service and I have often thought to myself that the "management" must set the right tone for their employees. About two weeks ago a tractor part that I had packaged myself was damaged in transit and I was rather pessimistic that UPS would do anything.

To my surprise the manager herself took care of helping me with my claim, she called me twice to give me status and resolved the issue in less than two weeks. It was not just the fact that they resolved the issue for me but it was the very professional way in which everything was handled that makes a customer feel that they really care about each and everyone of us.

She and her staff have my highest and sincerest recommendation!!!

Horrible service and owners are RUDE

I have been there three times and have been treated horribly all three times. I can't believe how rude these people are. I realize that I shouldn't take the treatment so personally after reading all these complaints. I am not surprised how many people have been disgusted with this business. I will take my business to pack and ship behind Burger King. They are very nice there.

Can't hit their backside with both hands!

Since this UPS store changed owners they are inefficient, confused, and not customer friendly. I have a small business and would ship products a couple of times a month. I won't do business with this store anymore, it is always a hassle. Thank you..

Horrible!

I work right around the corner from this store so I allotted 20 extra minutes to give me time to do my business before work. I have a brother that has just recently been deployed to Iraq and wanted a few things wrapped and professionally packaged to ensure they got their in one piece. I went in and the ttwo women both looked at me with blank stares said they didn't know how to ship internationally to an APO, then conversed on the side about calling someone else who might know to try and walk them through it. Even after I told them I knew how I just needed the extra packing the didn't want to take a chance...and then said I could come back when someone else is there who "might" know how. I received no help whatsoever

Terrible service

I went in to mail a package and the lady told me prices. While I was trying to figure out my options. She walked away and went in the back. Then when I went in to ask her name she told me I couldn't have it and called me a b****!!! Never go to this store for any reason!!!

Add me also to the list of dissatisfied folks. The older lady definitely is rude, and told her so myself. As far as "Cleo"'s review goes, she must be UPS corporate, because who else would know of "Monthly Customer Experience Reports", so her review is bogus.

AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE

This store has the absolute worst customer service. The owner of the store thinks she is entitled to treat people like absolute crap. She literally snatched the box full of delicate presents out of my hands and took it to the back to package without listening to my concerns about what was and was not breakable. She came back and slammed the box on the counter, We asked to have "Fragile" written on the box and were told by another employee that it could be written, but nobody will pay attention to it. The owner, then from the other side of the room yelled that we had packed our own box, so basically we were responsible if anything broke. She was very nasty and not taking responsibility for the fact that she packed the box that we were trying to get bubble wrap for to pack ourselves. End result=we took the box to USPS and were treated wonderfully despite the rush they were dealing with.

AVOID!!

I agree...this place has the worst customer service and the old skinny one (you all know who she is lol) is a very rude and stressed out hominid. My business will also be going elsewhere and a complaint filed with UPS. Hopefully, with enough honest complaints, these unprofessional losers will leave...
