I received a terrible perm at this salon and have been trying to grow it out ever since. The operator was condescending and didn't want to seem to engage in conversation. She didn't listen to what I wanted and I wound up with a perm so tight you could't comb through it. I would never go there again. By the way, this is the second time I tried the salon. A friend said they had gotten better. She was wrong. It was the worst personal grooming experience of my life.
