Ronald Tosto is cordial until you have an issue or problem with the work done. If you're not happy with your work, Dr. Tosto immediately becomes defensive and hostile. He became increasingly more aggressive as I was explaining my issues with the work done. I was in pain and he implied I was lying, I'm not sure how his other patients feel but I don't particularly enjoy a trip to the dentist to take up my free time. My second opinion clearly saw I was in pain and knew why. It seems his patients from MI where he used to practice feel the same about him and his knowledge. He isn't very knowledgable and spends little time with his patients. He doesn't explain things well and gave me poor advice about a treatment plan that cost thousands of dollars, according to my multiple second opinion visits. If your having minor work done or a cleaning then I would recommend going here as the staff is very welcoming. If you need quality extensive work done, I'd go somewhere else so you don't end up having to pay for his work to be redone.
