I have yet to stay here, but I called to verify my reservation and put in a request. The older lady that answered the phone was very rude and sarcastically commented that she would be unable to tell me "the time a person checks out". That was not what I needed to know and I told her exactly that. I work at a hotel as well and I know granted early check ins can be really hard when you run a full house the night before, so I am more than okay with not being able to check in early, but her nonchalant attitude will not be tolerated. When I asked for her name, she gave me the initials C.T, is that the type of person you hire at the Hilton?Although she sounded quite intelligent, her response was ignorant. I actually hope to meet her!
