Worst company I have ever dealt with. I would give them negative stars if I could. It took them 4 weeks to tell me I needed a new unit, and haven t even begun the process of replacing it. Would never use them again. Call back rate is zero. Show up status for appointments is about 1/20. I cant even count the NO SHOWs he has done. This is the worst I have seen. Steer clear of them.

The gentlemen at Qualified Appliance have now installed two water heaters for us, the first was right after we moved into our new house, the warranty company didn't want to replace it at first due to it being a pre-existing condition but this company fought on our behalf to get us some hot water again. The second water heater failed due to a manufacturers defect in the water heater, these gentlemen were able to get us a new water heater almost immediately. The installers were very polite and professional. I would recommend Keith to anyone needing professional service for a water heater. I will also be using his services for heating and cooling for my home as I am that confident in his services. When he just replaced my water heater again he did not charge me a dime as his work is 100% guaranteed and he backs his work. So far my warranty that came with the house when I purchased on 3-2012 has been worthless. So far I wouldn't recommend Home Protect Home Warranty to anyone wanting peace of mind on major home malfunctions that should be covered on the plan.
