What a wonderful experience! My mom and I have never had a spa day and for her 60th birthday I thought it would be a great idea. Open Hands was very professional, relaxing, soothing and so enjoyable. I would highly recommend to family and friends. We had 6 hours of pampering and they served us a wonderful lunch. Please give them a call and schedule your appointment.

Oh Open Hands is absolutely wonderful! I have been going for quite a few years. When you walk in it smells so good, you feel like you are at home. Mrs O is so funny and inviting. When she finishes, she doesn't rush out the door. She lets you take your time so you can rest. I love her massages. I always look forward to going back. I signed up for her Esther project too.

My first visit to Open Hands was for the day of my concert. A referrell was given to my husband for me and it was one well appreciated! It's such a warm atmosphere upon arrival, the staff have a beautiful spirit and the massage was what I needed (the Best). I visited another spa in Richmond, but it did not compare to Open Hands. I was so excited to hear that Open Hands started the spa party package deal that includes two 15 min. spa treatments with food included, and the host get's her treatment for free. For only $45! Well, I decided to throw my friend a surprise party at Open Hands. And we had the time of our lives, and everyone where talking about making this something we do once a month. Thanks Sis Olivia and staff~ Your The Best!

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome. The fragrance of the suite is so relaxing, the drink and snack services are warming, and the hot rock massage is out of this world. The pedicures are so relaxing and pampering too. The ladies are so friendly and attentive. It makes you never want to leave.

This place is a true gem! Olivia is masterful, gentle and strong, and knows how to ensure that you will get top notch care with her open hands and compassionate heart. Her new location on Ruthers Road is well appointed and charmingly adorable, and I enjoy the cozy, at-home restfulness with a cup a peppermint tea that just soothes my soul. The environment and the expertise at Open Hands melts away the stress from work, family and daily living. I brought my 82 year old mother for a pedicure, and she was delighted with the personal attention and the way that Amber took time to care for her.My friends and I have booked a Spa Day with Olivia that was absolutely a winner with all of us! I've been to fancy, schmancy places like Red Door and even Canyon Ranch, but for care and attention with reasonable prices and a reliable place that you can call your own, Open Hands holds its own with the best of them, providing excellent quality service every time!

I highly recommend Open Hands! I have been going to Olivia for more years than I can remember and I would trust my body to no one else! Open Hands Massage Care is a wonderful relaxing, therapeutic experience.
