NEVER EVER AGAIN-EVER!!!



Today was a first and last time ever. Yeah, okay, they do a decent enough pedicure. As a regular customer, I came in there today and asked for a pedicure and was told the usual pick a color and sit in chair number 7. I was in great spirits, so I did not mind sitting with my feet in the bowl for over 25 minutes waiting. After all, it was a bit busy.



They got to the girl just before me and I thought, great, I am next. Then, 10 more minutes and an employee asked me to leave and come back later. Said they were to busy for me right now. There was someone with an appointment. At that point, I was so vested that I figured I would wait. She went to the owner and came back to me and told me it would be to long of a wait. I was asked to leave. The owner never even turned around to acknowledge me. They even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to make and appointment.



I was so embarrassed and everyone else looked as if they were embarrassed for me. A woman even came out after me to see if I was okay and said she was horrified. Being a woman of color makes it particularly difficult, but I believe any woman would have taken this to heart.



You can make a great product but it is in the details-your delivery....your service. When you become so big that the customer becomes so small, you are on your way to failure. I won t be back. There is a great place right across the street, Red Nails 2. Think I will give them a try. Maybe they will appreciate a great customer who gives great tips....IN CASH!!!!

I had a nail appointment on February 27th 2012, and this had to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I asked for acrylic tips, that were to be square with rounded corners and not overly long. What I ended up with, were nails lower than my finger tips, uneven, with my right hand extremly longer than my left, and two that weren't even straight. The woman doing my nails then had the audicity to get mad at me when i pointed this out to her and talked about me to the owner right in front of my face. I would never ever do business with this company again.

Lily's is a great salon with friendly, professional staff. I especially liked the big selection of colors and the pedicure chairs, which have REALLY awesome massage options. I feel so relaxed when I leave this place, and it's only $25 or so for the experience. Even when they were packed, our technicians let us sit in the pedi chairs as we waited, having our massages, soaking our feet, and reading peacefully until they were ready for us. It was definitely not an inconvenience to wait, LOL.

Lily and her staff are extremely curteous and professional. The salon is beautiful and you can actually relax unlike some places near by. I always leave Lily's with the best looking mani/pedi with all the newest colors to choose from.

If you are looking for a great experience and some "me" time...Lily's is the place. I love her new salon!
