The home I was looking at became available and the Brigg's agent was very welcoming, supportive and helpful. I don't have plans to move on. This is a very good situation and I am very pleased with everything I have encountered dealing with Briggs Realty.

Do not rent from this company. Their maintenance is non existent. Be prepared to send an email and make a phone call daily if you want something fixed within a month. I was left without heat for a year. Then they will send someone during evening hours to come work for maybe an hour no matter how long the job takes. They do not work with you on when they can enter your home. If you are not available and politely request a different time, they will threaten to get the key and enter without your permission. I've also had at least 3 mix ups where I paid my rent on time through their autopay system and I got letters threatening eviction if I did not pay (when I did). Even after the first time they did not correct their error and did it again. When I was ending my lease in a few months, they would schedule viewings of my home without telling me. I only found out if I called and asked. Not to mention the person showing the house told blatant lies to the people they were showing it to.

Henry Briggs is great. From signing our lease to getting moved in, the house was in great shape and ready to go upon arrival. It made the moving process very easy and stress free.

Henry Briggs has been very helpful with us moving from our old house into this new on. Every time we called, they were happy and energetic. They were able to help us with all of our questions. After several bad experience with other companies. I don't think I will ever use another company.

I used Briggs Real Estate as my property manager for 5 years while I was out of the country. During that time they did a great job handling my property. They fulfilled maintenance requests quickly and deposited the funds into my account. My only complaint during that time was that the tenant paid late EVERY month, but they pocketed those late fees instead of passing them along to me OR even splitting them.



During the last 2 years, their service has been frustrating, non-responsive and unprofessional. Since i do not leave locally, I mostly rely on emails. I would have to send 9-10 emails sometimes for a response. And when they did respond it was usually to half of my questions. Having a management company is supposed to alleviate the burden of having to chase down tenants, contractors etc. after a tenant moves out. They do NOT respond to emails OR phone calls! When You call the person is unavailable or not there..and will not call back. This is a huge problem when You expect them to manage a property for You and they live out of state. When my tenant left, there was a hole in the wall, the door was kicked in, drawing on the walls, bleach stains on the carpet, a ceiling fan was removed, and the list goes on. They only refunded me half of my deposit. And oh by the way, the person that made that decision hadn't visited the property or looked at the photos.



Bottom line, Briggs should not be allowed to conduct business like this. He is the owner and when I talked to him, he pretended to act unaware of how inept and incompetent his employees are, but turns out, this is just how they do business. The google reviews and other reviews about this company are all consistently poor.

This company is not making a good first expression. I did the application for one of their properties. I was told will hear back within 48hrs. I had to call them for one and kept getting transfer to this person and that person. After all that, no one could tell me anything, that they have to call me back. It's $30 for application fee, what they just racking up on fees and have no intention on calling you back. What a hustle, they have going on. No one still have not returned my call, I call back again. Now they saying there's no record found for my credit report so they need more info. Wouldn't you would have call me back and told me? This company should be shut down. They are unprofessional and staff have no communication throughout the office and staff can't tell you anything. I wish I would have kept my $30

These people left the tenants with no heat all winter with single digit temperatures! and said they didn't think it was a big deal that (these tenants) didn't have any heat!! The apartment also has serious mold on the bedroom wall, actually decaying the wall, and the basement pipes poured water in the basement, and tenants had no water for several days because the valve broke. These things were all reported several times, how dare they say to someone's face that they didn't think it was a big deal!!! They need to condemn this place! how dare they say leaseholder will have to pay two extra months rent! no damage whatsoever was done by tenants. We will see about that!! I would NOT RECOMMEND renting from this place!!!
