I've been storing things at this facility for some time now. The rates have gradually gone up. Now, They require I buy insurance from them or provide proof of insurance for my stored items. Their policy excludes boats and that's what I store. So they are going to force me to buy insurance that doesn't cover my stored assets. Stay Away, the owners are crooks. There are to many other facilities that want your business. I'm terminating my lease and moving my stuff elsewhere.
