The office staff is rude. They are ready to put notes on your door for rent and utility payments but wont move a foot when something needs fixing. Wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. Family and close friends of office staff are always moving from apartment to apartment but wont let residents move to another apartment for medical reason. only gave it a star cause I have to but wouldn't even give it that

I used to be a resident at Lamar Park and I was very disappointed in the environment there. The maintenance is very poor, they don't fix things when they need to be fixed, they are quick to bug you for rent. But yet they don't want to do anything for the apt. I was without air for two months before they decided to fix my ac. And it was during June and July. I would never recommend anybody to that apt complex. And they are infested with creepy crawlers. You name a bug or rodent and I garentee u, they got them. So I rate this apt complex with 1 star, and yet I feel, they don't even deserve 1....
