Worse experience if my life had a party there no one told me I couldn't bring food in for the kids till I got there I won't plan another party there EVER!!!!!!!!

Out of 9 inflatables ALL but one fall into three categories.
1. Visibly very dirty/stained
2. Beyond repair and in need of complete replacement (some have even been hand stitched/taped back together in some places)
3. Both. Some just plain fall into category 1 & 2.
Of 22 interactive games (requiring tokens) only 13 were working as of 1/23/17. Of the 13 that were working, several had scrolling messages to alert employees that they were out of tickets.
While the staff is generally very friendly, they are not generally attentive.
They used to put wristbands on parents and children with matching numbers that were then removed and checked upon exiting to make sure you're leaving with you're own child. This policy has been removed and you may now walk out without a second glance in your direction.
Prizes at the prize counter are usually from the dollar tree next door. Tokens are four for $1.00. If you are lucky enough to get a game that's working AND has tickets AND can get at least 100 tickets for every four tokens, you can let your child pick out the $1.00 can of tootsie rolls priced at 680 tickets.
When The Bounce House First opened it was obviously clean and brand new and worth the price. Which was actually cheaper than it is now, years later after having fallen so much. The expected price is about $10-$11 per child.
The carpets are rarely cleaned which means candy trash, actual candy, crumbs and copious amounts of dust.
Management changed hands about two weeks ago. If there's not a significant improvement very soon, you'd be better off driving to one of Lexington's many attractions for children to get your money's worth and not have to worry about cleanliness.

Great place to spend the afternoon and let the kids burn off all their energy. Pros- affordable, fun, lots of big bounce houses, wifi for parents. Cons- It can get really crowded on the weekends and I don't know if they clean in the actually bounce houses, but they need some dusting. Last visit was 12/2015
