My family went to Roskopf's RV in hopes to find a nice hard side camper. We had previously purchased a pop up about 3 years ago from there and we were ready to make the upgrade due to our growing family. We went in today and worked with Steve. We found the camper we had seen online and looked through it, finding a few issues as it was a used camper. The slide out had a soft floor that would need to be completely replaced, but after allowing us to leave in disappointment my husband left his number for Steve to call him. They called and said they were willing to drop the price for the extensive work. We returned with cash in hand, and Steve went back on his word of fixing the rubber gasket that has caused water damage to the floor. We were quite upset and got up to leave, asking Steve if he would be willing to loose this business when he looked at us in the eye and said "Yes". How appalling!! My family and I will never return there for any future RV or supply needs.
