Monarch Paving Company is suited to do everything from high volume interstate paving to your driveway.   We specialize in construction management and pavement design while providing customers with the most up to date knowledge in hot mix asphalt construction.  Our crews recycle existing surfaces, grade and shape work sites, and pave hot mix asphalt with the highest degree of quality control.

We strive to be an environmentally friendly company by recycling pavements, reducing energy, conserving aggregates and petroleum, all while providing the highest quality hot mix asphalt product possible.  Understanding the environmental impact of what we do is a critical part of our everyday business.
