I bought my home in Encino about twenty years ago. When I moved in I spent most of that year remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms, then swore up and down that I would never ever do it again. Fast forward twenty years. I had just retired and my wife had just retired. We had a certain amount of disposable income, and neither one of us really loved our kitchen anymore. Okay, my wife didn’t like my kitchen. I was fine with it. But I reassigned myself to having to relive the kitchen remodeling process all over again.

I called about ten remodeling contractors. Eventually, I settled on Precise Home Builders. My wife loved their portfolio. Their estimate was reasonable and they were just really nice guys on top of it. They promised me a kitchen in less than a month. I said, okay show me.

They did. The labor was extremely professional. They made the whole process of gutting and redoing our kitchen tolerable. The finished product was great. My wife loves the new kitchen. And, okay, I admit, it has grown on me too.

The kitchen in our 20 year-old house was finally starting to show some wear even though we tried to take care of it. And even resurfaced our cabinets five years ago.



Two months ago I noticed tons of cracks in the granite on the counter-tops and the sink had begun to leak due to a faulty water line. I decided that now was the time to remodel my kitchen. Luckily I was referred to Precise Home Builders by a coworker and heard nothing but good things.



I called them the very next day for a free consultation. I was really blown away by their portfolio. I was basically convinced on the spot that Precise Home Builders were the right guys for my aging kitchen. I couldn't be any happier with their service! They swapped out my kitchen countertops, sinks, and added some new energy efficient windows for light.



I absolutely love Precise Home Builders and would definitely recommend their services to someone else in need of remodeling work.
