Sorely disappointed. We had a flat on I65 on our way to a family member's funeral. Your employees were very nice to us and gave us quick efficient service in installing a new tire. However we cannot understand why a tire service center would install a new tire using the old torn valve stem from the previous flat tire. This caused the new tire to go flat about 20 mi further. When we called you back, you said you were too busy/too far away to help. You basically left us stranded! A $1.99 new valve stem to go along with our $131.88 new tire would have saved our day.
