There are plenty of dry cleaners in Reno, don't go to this one. I just took my clothes there for the first time and they thought it was okay to write my name on all of my shirts. I understand it is a way of keeping track of the clothes but they can use the paper tags like everywhere else. I took my clothes to get cleaned, not written on. To be fair, my name is in a non conspicuous place but still, it's the principle.
