I've purchased two Polaris's from Reno Cycle and they are the best. Always helpful and going out of their way to help me. I love these guys. LJP

BUYER BEWARE! Staff is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of basic knowlege. I told them what year and model Polaris I had and they still sold me the wrong parts. Then they tried to refuse to exchange them for the right parts. Eventually they agreed to make it right, but when I went back to the store to get the right part, they said they changed their minds and tried to charge me again. I was finally able to exchange the parts as they promised. Then, lucky me, I got a lecture from the parts manager saying I should be greatful that he is taking these parts back. I did not say a word, just kept smiling and nodding. He worked himself into a frenzy and started leaning over the counter pointing and yelling at me. Apparently, I should pay double the price because they can't look their parts up correctly. The lovely man was even professional enough to call me a nasty name as I walked out the door.
