worst shop in Nevada,had my truck in the shop 4 times and had to take it back4 times for simple repairs and finally took it to a small shop that I told them what it was doing and they told what it was over the phone so I took it over there they fixed it and I had no problems after that!! The other ratings for reno gmc must have have been put in there bye the employees!! They even scratched my fender very deeply when working on it and I had gotten 4 new dings in it from leaving it there!!!GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! THEY ARE TOTALLY THE WORST SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
