tried to get them to come out back in October, the owner was having surgery, so said no problem we would wait the 30 days. Then when called in 45 days, he was going on vacation for another 30 days, decided to wait, finally got him to come out. It took a little while to figure out what was wrong with the elevator, but they also ordered extra parts that weren't needed and then charged me a restocking fee of $150 for them, it is now April and my elevator is still not put back together and there are still parts laying around in my garage. Wish I would have gone with the slightly more espensive guys back in october.
