I cannot say enough about the beautiful jewelry creations I have had made by Tim Ottman of Reno Gem Gallery. His craftsmanship is lovely, one of a kind and unique. I’m sorry to read about anything negative because Tim, his wife and staff have been awesome to work with for many years. My pieces of art that he has made are still beautiful and relevant.

This jeweler is horrible to deal with. They do very shotty craftsmanship. They lie and do not communicate correct information to their customers and because of this horrible customers service I have to get married without a wedding band. Stay away!
