The rating should be zero. But this page doesn't have the option. This tire dealer also serves as a towing and impound lot for the Va. State police. Don't believe the trumped-up testimonials on their website.

They towed my son's motorcycle 13.7 miles to their impound lot. The tow charge was $150.00. Then $100.00 for two days for storage. The total invoice was $250.00!

The owner, Steve Wright, was deceitful in my dealings with him. I called before I went to pick up the motorcycle. Mr. Wright told me the registered owner of the motorcycle had to personally claim the property.

After further discussion, I informed the owner that my son was the registered owner and was presently stationed in Afghanistan. I also told Mr. Wright I needed to get the motorcycle that day because I couldn't afford $200.00. He said, "Well, come on in and we'll work something out."

When I got there, he came out of the back of the shop area with a Va. State policeman. He told me there was nothing he could do about reducing the fees as he led me to believe over the phone. He said he wasn't going to release the motorcycle unless I paid the full amount of $250.00 right then.

I had $250.00 in my pocket. I told him in front of his wife, the officer and my other son that all I had was another $50.00 that was for groceries. He said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. I paid the $250.00.

After I left the shop, I called Mr. Wright. I told him I was very disappointed in the way he led me to believe he was going to be able to adjust the fees. He said he was sorry if I misunderstood him.

So much for his honesty, kindness, trustworthiness and friendship in his website testimonials. Do you think he wants to add this testimonial to his website? We'll see.
