This place has gone down hill. Leaks in the ceiling everywhere! Dead mice all over the place. Disgusting smells. So many repairs are needed to the whole place and no one cares. The ceilings are caving in on the "climate controlled" units..... which are NOT climate controlled. Every time it rains the ceilings leak and water runs into the units. No outdoor lights for when its dark at night or early morning. Had someone try to break into my unit and the one across from mine and that was the last straw. Moved my stuff out the next day and will never be back. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Do not go to this facility. The managers are extremely unprofessional and do not keep accurate records. After paying my bill they locked my storage and disabled my code so I was unable to access my shed making the moving company wait a hour while the office which was supposed to be open at 2 was closed. The managers say they live onsite however the husband does not manage anything and the wife was running personal errands even though they do not open until 10am. When I brought this to his attention he was extremely rude and said they had stuff to do and called his wife. Once she returned she started to scream at me and slammed her fists onto her desk. She was shaking and crying as she yelled attempting to blame me for the clerical error in their system and even after it was found continued to scream. I had to threaten to call the cops because she was so out of control during this interaction. Even after she found out my account was paid through the month she continued to be rude and yell. I was finally able to get her to unlock my wrongfully locked storage shed after a 45 min wait and her yelling crying and hitting her desk for 30 min. Do not go to this facility.

Answered my call and it was after hours, let me have access to a storage unit that evening late and processed my info over the phone for me. Only complaint I have is I rented two spots for my vehicles by decided not to leave my vehicles there due to them being in the open where could be seen from the highway and they wouldn't give me a credit only after using it for only a day or two at the most. Overall I had a good experience with them.

Company does not send bills on time or at all and does not answer phone or return messages left. Poor customer service.
