Provided by YP.comWoman agent mis-represented cost of shipping via USPS when I questioned the high cost of UPS $69.29. Woman claimed same service via USPS was $140.00. After I left store I checked USPS cost it would have been $38.21. Lesson learned, don't use the UPS store in Rehoboth.

Provided by YP.comworst customer service ever lost a package never followed up on in and now a month an a half later i still dont have my refund and with talking to ed the owner he told me that he dosent handle this issue and that i will have to wait on it more do not use these people. frauds.
