The Federal Bistro & Federal Fritter is located just a short block from the famed Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. The demure restaurant hosts two concepts. The Federal is a fine-dining, beach casual bistro. Federal Fritter features a variety of crisp, poppable & snackable fritters, while the bistro menu is a revolving regional, seasonal ode to the Mid-Atlantic, the menu changes weekly. The inspiration for Federal Fritter is Chef Gray’s classic risotto fritter, an Equinox Restaurant favorite for over 25 years.
