I just want to say to Anamora who gave Lupe 1 star that you should know it take money to look beautiful. Also that's the first thing Lupe tells you when she is done "come back in a year & you will pay less". Plus your lucky she was offering you money for gas no other business would have offer you that. I love the service and reasonable prices but most of all,the complements I get. I think she is the best in her business. She can cover up any mistakes from others & even change anything you want like if you want your eyebrows bigger or smaller she can do it.. To bad you will never find no one better than her unless you go see her daughter who I am sure she is as good as her mother. If you want things done right your at the right place.

Getting permenant makeup done is a big deal! You have to make sure you are comfertable with the salon! I loved the service and the reasonable prices! I love my eyebrows and everyone that has seen them love the work. The owner and her daughter are such good people and I definitely would refer everyone to them.

I called to scheduled an appointment and the owner of the business took my call, I specifically said I would like to do touch up on my eye brows since I had it done there before,I got the appointment the day come I showed to my appointment the owner took a look at me and discussed how I wanted the work done so at this point she decided to come up with a new price since I missed a year according to her the touch up is done yearly in order to get the price given I said you should have told me over the phone I drove an hour to get here that is not cool then the small business minded owner gets $10.00 out of the drawer and I said "what is that?" are you giving me gas money? I drove from an hour distance are you kidding so she argued about the initial receipt that she claimed provided me 2 years ago so I said do you save your receipts for 2 years ? this was to her a new job of course I did not agree the design was there it needed more color I decided not to give her the pleasure of leaving my money to her business since I did not think she deserved it because the way she handled the situation,but if she was smart she could have switched the situation by not arguing and a minimum discount I would have being okay. Remember no matter where you spend your money we should be treated with respect specially the beauty salons we want to feel beautiful when we leave not feeling like sh-t.
