I found Alta Oil to be dishonest and unwilling to provide even minimal customer service unless assessing an exorbitant, unnecessary amount.

They do not service their corroded equipment and/or connections, just interested in charging for EVERYTHING and providing NOTHING!!!

I am requesting the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs to investigate their operation and dishonest chargs.

I have been with them for over 8 years and they are great. They are friendly and explain everything in a professional way.

Our propane tank ran out twice in two years, with their auto fill service. They claimed we had not paid our bill and then discovered that we had. No apologies were given.

I have had nothing but the best experience with this company! I was out of town and didn't keep track of my fuel level and when I got home, I had ran out. They came out promptly to provide fuel which was a great help, as my 80 year old mother lives with us and enjoys the use of the heater. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank You
