I had a very pleasant experience working with them. They have a wonderful family atmosphere when you walk in as they are a family owned business, Ali sat me down and explained everything to me clearly and I received an awesome rate! I would definitely go to them again and I recommend them to all my friends.

I shopped around a lot and other brokers and lawyers were all asking for money for this and money for that. Redwood told me that they would help me with my modification for no fee until I was approved with a bank I like and accepted. I couldn't believe that after 6 months of work, they stood by their word. I was happy to pay them when we got the final modification approval from my bank. Thank you Redwood!
