Their products are nice but terrible customer service. I has ordered a kit and a few other parts. They had said it would take about 3-6 weeks to ship the parts. The rims being the main delay, which is fine. Almost 3 months later and I had not received parts or heard from the company. It wasn't until I had called them did they tell me they were waiting to ship everything for a part that wasn't even available for THEM! (Why would you put that a product was available for sale if you did not even have the product yet? Not even a warning saying it was not available yet!) They ended shipping what was available. I had called them multiple times about the missing parts and they didn't seem to know where they were either. Finally they called and told me they would be shipped next day. That was over a week ago and still no parts or emails. Called them again today and they had no clue I had not recieved my parts yet. I am incredibly unsatisfied with their services! It is because of them I have not been able to ride my bike all season. I will NEVER buy from this company again!
