I own a townhouse in Bellevue and spent a considerable amount of time searching for energy efficient windows to complete a full custom remodel.. The challenge was two fold. The building itself was built in the late 1970's and contained large custom made single pane windows with aluminum siding. Furthermore, access to the windows from the outside necessitated a 40 foot climb. I had to find an supplier and installer that could work with the unique dimensions and just as important, was able to install the windows that would conform with regulations of the H.O.A. maintaining standard outside appearance. Their is a tremendous amount of custom wood work in the walls, siding and crown molding. Mid Pacific Windows was able to not only provide the best price quote but went above and beyond what I expected to work with these challenges. Not only is the appearance from the inside immaculate but the outer appearance remained in tact and I received all of the paperwork for tax rebates in within 48 hours. I have highly recommend Kirk and his team to my friends and neighbors. Mid Pacific went above and beyond high expectations I had set forth and surpassed all I had expected. I've been pleased to see 4 of my neighbors in the unit make the same decision as I did and utilize Mid Pacific Windows.

The guys who installed our door sure were a nice group of guys. They did a good job and seemed to care about what they were doing. They also did a good job of cleanup after they were done. I'll be calling them if I ever need my windows done.

I want to thank you & your company for doing a good job at my friends home over by Jackson Golf Course. She is very happy that I told her about our windows and recommended you to do her home. She has noticed a great deal in temperature change and loves the warmer feeling in the home.

Let me start out by saying what a pleasure it has been dealing with Kirk and the installation crew. Most of our experiences with major purchases since moving out west have left me less than satisfied, but this ranks among the best!

Thank you for the final invoice. I am pleased overall with the workmanship and the final appearance of the windows and the extra trim work. The skywall window inside and out is nicely done, looks good and I will be more cozy this winter, thanks to Doug's and Bob's efforts. They did a nice job and the site was tidied up pretty well outside when they finished.



One item still to be resolved is replacement of a window pane in the kitchen upper half of the window over the sink. Doug pointed out a flaw in that pane and indicated he would order another pane.

We bought our house based on the neighborhood, structure and location. But it was an

older home and we wanted a way to bring the house up to date, as well as make the most

of our access to and views of the outdoors. We bid the job to quite a few local companies,

but what impressed us most about Mid-Pacific Window & Door was not just their price

but their customer service. It proved to be the most responsive and proactive customer

engagement we’ve had with a big project like this. We’ve dealt with a lot of contractors

and strong and consistent communication, like we experienced, isn’t something always

I was pleased to work with Mid-Pacific Window and Doors for my inner doors and two

outer doors. They had the style I loved and they also customized the doors for two

unusual closet doors that I was convinced could never look good and be functional for

me. They were always timely and courteous. Because my door project was part of a

bigger remodel, they also graciously worked with others to ensure everything ran

smoothly, including allowing the painters to custom spray paint the doors in their

warehouse before the doors were delivered. I love my doors and would recommend
