Horrible customer service. Bought snowglobe on 12/16/12 and came home to see the $15.00 engraving I ordered was coming off! Took back next day and they refused to refund my entire purchase.The were willing to make a new engraving but my confidence in their quality was shot! Demanded my money back.....they refused and I said that I guess I will have to eat the $15 and just return the globe.....they agreed to do that! Take my advice and DO NOT go to things remembered if you want good quality and friendly service.

Yelp made me put a star rating, honestly this store doesn't even deserve 1 star!
