Took my 03 Chev. Impala for a transmission job. Several people said it had no 4th gear. They called me at home and said the transmission was working fine. The wheel bearings were bad and were making a noise and fixed that problem for me. They could have ripped me off and I would not have known. Thinks for being an honest business.

They seemed to be honest and didn't try to scam me like all the other places. They knew all the updates required and all the little details. Most importantly they answered the phone every time and had someone knowledgeable to talk too instead of relaying message and failed returned calls etc. I called every transmission shop in Redding and Red Bluff before choosing them. Most places low balled me with a wait and see which I already knew was incorrect.
