Worst ever post office (2nd to the Elizaville post office. Two years in a row, I transferred my mail to another location for the winter. Both years, my mail was delayed over 6 weeks!
They insist I never submitted a transfer form (thankfully I had taken a pic of the form on my phone). Sent them the pic and was then told “we lost it, but just found it!

I constantly receive my neighbors mail and vice versa.

Just received a Post Office form that I had to go the post office to pick up certified mail. Went to the post office listed on the form - they said it wasn’t there and I had to go another postal location! Why didn’t the form show the correct pick up postal location? When I asked that question - they stare at you like a deer in headlights. They never cease to amaze me with their level of incompetence! They should all be fired!!!

The service from this post office is exactly why I live in Red Hook, but have my business PO Box in Rhinebeck. I am waiting for a check here to my home address and the carrier just delivered someone elses mail to my door hung box and when I went to put it in the right box all 5 of them had circulars, but no mail and yet I had the wrong mail and no circulars. Now it's a waiting game until I can get my check.
