I was involved in a hit and run with a North Valley Services bus. I have worked as a certified care provider for just over 12yrs and know it takes responsibility and strong ethics to be a care provider. This individual smiled at me as she climbed into the bus parked in front of my car. after shifting into reverse when my car made it difficult for her to reverse instead of realizing a car was behind her she gunned it in reverse. I laid on my horn and people in the parking lot were at her window telling her to stop they later told me the individuals in the car were freaking out. I saw her look at me in my car now pushed out of its parking place with a bus on top of the front bumper and gunned it out of the parking lot. I took down the plates and simply called and left a message to address the fact that I was hit and my anger I made no threats to sue or press charges just my outrage that someone in charge of those people had such a lack for their safety and integrity. I received a call days later from who I am told is the head cheese of North Valley Services and immediately after identifying himself said prove it! i haven t spoken to her or looked into this at all but you better have proof. I want police reports and security camera footage. PROVE IT I wanted an apology for the accident and reassurance that they would look into this employee for the individuals safety. I was met with an arshole saying I haven t even bothered to do my job funck you for calling. I would never entrust my family member to a company with such little regard for those they care for and trust I know all too well this type of company. If you were smart you wouldn't either unless you wanted them to have accidents that only your beloved family members are responsible for they fell, they tripped they are to blame not our negligence. I ve seen it too many times.
